Do you negotiate the price for me?

No, we do not negotiate the price of the vehicle. The dealership sets the price of every car. Our role is strictly to find the vehicle, confirm it is available, and set up your appointment. Any discussions about pricing, financing, or trade-ins happen directly between you and the dealership staff.

The Boundary of Our Services

Keyosk provides a platform for locating vehicles and scheduling appointments. We do not participate in the financial transaction of buying the car. When you find a car you like and use our service to book a time to see it, our involvement ends when you arrive at the dealership. We do not negotiate the sale price, we do not negotiate the value of your trade-in, and we do not negotiate the terms of your financing. All of these discussions are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You will sit down with the dealership's sales staff and finance managers to discuss numbers. The price you ultimately pay is entirely dependent on the agreement you reach directly with the dealership. We do not interfere, assist, or represent you in these discussions.

Why We Do Not Negotiate

Our business model is built on logistics, not negotiation. By focusing strictly on vehicle availability and appointment scheduling, we can offer our service for free and operate efficiently. Negotiating a car deal is a complex process that involves variables unique to every buyer, such as credit history, down payment amounts, and the condition of a trade-in vehicle. Getting involved in these personal financial details would change the nature of our service entirely. Furthermore, Florida law has specific regulations regarding individuals or companies that negotiate the sale of vehicles for compensation. By strictly limiting our service to scheduling, we maintain a clear operational boundary. We provide the introduction; you handle the business.

Your Responsibility at the Dealership

Because we do not negotiate, it is important that you come to the dealership prepared to handle the financial aspect of the transaction yourself. You should research the market value of the vehicle you are interested in. You should also have an idea of what your current car is worth if you plan to trade it in. When the dealership presents you with a price, you have the full authority to accept it, make a counteroffer, or decline it and leave. You are in complete control of the financial outcome. Our service gets you in the door to see the specific car you want, but you hold the keys to the final deal. We recommend researching pricing tools and having your financing options reviewed before your appointment.
