The process for modifying your appointment
If your schedule changes and you need to adjust your appointment time, contact us as soon as possible. Send a message through WhatsApp or call our main line. Provide your name and the original time of your visit so we can locate your information quickly.
We will then reach out to the dealership to request the new time. The dealership must confirm that the salesperson is available at the requested new time. If they are busy with another customer, we will work with you to find an alternative slot that fits everyone's schedule.
It is important to communicate changes promptly. Dealerships plan their staffing based on scheduled appointments. Giving them advance notice helps them manage their daily operations effectively.
Canceling your visit entirely
You have the right to cancel your appointment entirely without any explanation. If you decide you no longer want the vehicle, or if you purchase a car elsewhere, simply notify us. We will cancel the appointment in our system and alert the dealership.
There is no financial penalty for canceling an appointment. You have not committed to purchasing the vehicle simply by scheduling a time to look at it. The appointment is purely a reservation of time to inspect the physical car.
If you fail to show up without notifying us, the dealership marks the appointment as a missed visit. Consistently missing appointments without communication may limit our ability to schedule future visits for you with our dealership partners.
Rescheduling due to vehicle availability
Sometimes, we may need to contact you to change or cancel the appointment. If the dealership informs us that the vehicle has been sold to another customer, we will immediately reach out to cancel your visit so you do not waste a trip.
If a vehicle is temporarily unavailable due to a mechanical inspection or a recall repair, we will help you reschedule for a date when the car is cleared for retail sale.
In any rescheduling scenario, the priority is to respect your time and provide accurate information about the vehicle's status before you travel to the dealership.
