Inventory determines the location
Franchise dealerships operate independently and manage their own lots. The location of your appointment is dictated entirely by where the vehicle is physically parked. We locate the car that matches your preferences and direct you to that specific business.
You cannot choose a dealership first and then request a specific car if they do not have it in stock. Dealerships generally do not trade inventory with competitors just for a showing. Therefore, you must travel to the location that possesses the actual vehicle.
When you select a vehicle, we identify the exact dealer lot holding it. This approach prevents you from wasting time visiting locations that do not have the trim level, color, or specific model you are looking for.
Receiving your appointment details
Once the appointment is scheduled, we send you the complete details of the location. This includes the name of the franchise dealership, the street address, and the city. We also provide the name of the specific person you should ask for upon arrival.
It is important to follow these directions carefully. In many automotive groups, there are multiple dealerships located on the same street or in the same complex. You must go to the exact building specified in your appointment details to find the correct vehicle.
Going to the wrong dealership, even if it is the same brand, will result in confusion. The staff there will not have a record of your appointment, and they will not have the specific vehicle you came to see.
Regional considerations
Depending on availability, the dealership holding the vehicle might be in a neighboring city or county. If the exact car you want is not available immediately local to you, you will have to travel to where it is located.
We try to find vehicles as close to your location as possible, but limited inventory often requires a longer drive. You are responsible for your own transportation to the assigned dealership.
Before booking, consider how far you are willing to travel. The appointment location is fixed to the vehicle's location, and the dealership will not relocate the car to a closer lot for your convenience.
